If there is an urgent and/or immediate problem, we will take the appropriate measures to try to solve it and we will contact you immediately. Any minor problem will be reported to you and we will await your instructions.

Our Keyholding Packs

Keyholding BRONZE

From €10/per month
  • This service has a cost of €10 plus IVA per month and only covers the possession of keys.
  • The best option if you simply need somebody to be available in the event of an alarm being activated, work or tradesmen needing access to your property.
  • The terms of the contract are for 6 months or 12 months and plus IVA.
  • 6 Month Contract – €60
  • 12 Month Contract – €120

Keyholding SILVER

From €25/per month
  • 1 MONTHLY VISIT: Our Silver Pack includes a monthly check-up in your home.
  • Open all the windows and ventilate the house.
  • Check the security that all windows and doors remain closed.
  • Check and replace light bulbs if necessary.
  • Check that electrical appliances work.
  • Open all taps and cisterns in the toilet.
  • If you wish, we can send photographs via email or by phone to the WhatsApp number that you indicate.
  • The terms of the contract are for 6 months or 12 months and plus IVA.
  • Apartment 1-3 rooms – €25
  • Townhouse 2-3 bedrooms – €28
  • Villa 2-3 bedrooms – €30
  • Villa 4+ rooms – €35

Keyholding GOLD

From €30/per month
  • 2 MONTHLY VISIT: Our Gold Pack includes a monthly check-up in your home.
  • Open all the windows and ventilate the house.
  • Check the security that all windows and doors remain closed.

  • Check that electrical appliances work.
  • Open all taps and cisterns in the toilet.

Additional services

WE RECEIVE YOUR GUESTS

  • We can receive your guests at your property. Upon arrival, the keys will be handed over and we will be able to show the guests around the property and show them how to use the facilities available.
  • The cost of this service is €10.
  • Please note an extra charge of €20 out of hours for requests before 9:00 am and after 11:00 p.m

  • If at any time you need us to attend to your home for any reason and/or urgency, we will be at your disposal.
